Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please refer to Canada Post working hours schedule for more information.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we expect a significant delay to ship your order, we will contact you via the email or telephone number that you provided us.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All shipments are handled by Canada Post and are sent via their Expedited Parcel shipping service. If you would like faster shipping (i.e. Xpresspost or Priority Shipping), these options will be calculated at checkout at our exclusive Canada Post reduced fee. Shipping rates are calculated based on the package weight & the shipping address. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that contains your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Snaxies Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tarrifs, taxes, etc.).
Snaxies Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us with your Snaxies order number, tracking code, receiving address, a list of the damaged item(s) & photos of the damaged item(s). We will contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. All our packages have a $100.00 insurance coverage.
We will reimburse you within 5 business days of having received the claimed amount from the shipping carrier.
Snaxies Inc is not liable for any damaged products due to temperature. During periods of hot temperatures, we may include cold packs in orders as a preventive measure.
