My parcel did take almost 4 weeks to get to me and I emailed them multiple times without getting a reply. I finally got through on their FB page and they said they didnt have tracking as I didn’t pay for it. (That is a bit strange as it’s a sellers responsibility to be able to track a parcel even if it’s a receipt number) I had already left a poor review after the no responses. I have now received my parcel with a very lovely hand written note Inside and it was very decently priced considering I out sourced internationally and overall everything worked out in the end and I would definitely order from them again. There were a few kinks but it all worked out and they gave a great option of items and was packed great) I’m sure the fact it was over Christmas didn’t help either the issues. In the end I’m very happy.
