Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active once the courier picks up the package, which usually happens within 24 hours after fulfillment.
Damages and Losses
Snaxies Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us with your order number, tracking code, receiving address, a list of the damaged item(s) & photos of the damaged item(s). We will contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
We will reimburse you within 5 business days of having received the claimed amount from the shipping carrier.
Snaxies Inc. is not liable for any damaged products due to temperature, such as melted chocolates and/or candies, frozen beverages, etc. During periods of hot temperatures, we may include cold packs in orders as a preventative measure.
Responsibility After Shipment:
Once your order is shipped, responsibility for safe delivery rests with the carrier. We're not liable for stolen packages post-shipment.
