I don't ever write reviews but I appreciated the service. I live remote and found a candy that's suuper delicious but difficult to track down. I found Snaxies from Googling and saw that it was legit after researching a bit. I ordered and goofed on the shipping address but it was too late to change. I emailed them explaining my mess up, they responded practically right away and fixed the mistake. I received my order just around a week after the email and they even put a personalized/hand written note with my order thanking me for choosing their business. It sounds silly but it's been a terrible year for many reasons and it's little things like that note and friendly service that help! I will be ordering from them again so I can continue to eat my feelings! :)
