Received one as a gift at Christmas. Even raisin-loathing husband loves it. (It is the rum.) Couldn’t find this flavour in Canada and we are so happy we found it here! You have to try it. Seriously good.

I ordered 12 Ritter Sport chocolate bars when the weather was moderate. Unfortunately, during the shipping period, the temperature went up to 30C. The chocolates were not packed in any type of insulation, and the courier just dumped them at the front entrance of our condo building without even ringing the buzzer. As a result, half the bars were melted and had to be discarded as “mush”. Advice to the vendor…pack them in some insulation and use a responsible courier. Not a re-do. Lesson learned.
