Very bad service

My shipment arrived damaged. I tried to get a hold of someone at snaxies to get help, but snaxies wouldn’t deal with me- YOUR own customer- you said I needed to go to UPS - the company YOU chose to ship my product. Shipping and products I paid for in full btw. I put in the claim to UPS but they are now dealing directly with you.

It’s simply bad policy when a company puts a customer in the middle of disputes for their own products that arrive faulty or damaged. It doesn’t matter if it’s your fault or the shipping company you chose- figure it out with your shipper to determine fault, but just make it right with your customer who paid for all of it.

In the meantime, I am now out of pocket for new candy items that I bought at a different company while I wait for you and ups to figure it out. Terrible.
